Profile

Andrew P. Campbell is the managing partner of Campbell, Gidiere, Lee, Sinclair & Williams. After graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1978, where he was a member of the Law Review, Mr. Campbell clerked for Judge Walter P. Gewin on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Since that time he has practiced law in Birmingham, specializing in the areas of business torts, corporate and shareholder litigation, and class actions. He was recently nominated to the State of Alabama Securities Commission. Mr. Campbell has tried numerous cases in both federal and state courts and before all major arbitration panels. For many years Mr. Campbell has been a member of The Best Lawyers in America (Commercial Litigation).
