Founding shareholder Annesley H. DeGaris has practiced law in the public and private sectors for 20 years. Practice areas include environmental, medical device, pharmaceutical, motor vehicle accident, and mass tort litigation. A writer and frequent speaker, he serves as his firm’s lead counsel in several pharmaceutical mass torts and has been appointed to Plaintiffs’ Steering Committees in multidistrict litigations. Mr. DeGaris is AV‑rated by Martindale-Hubbell and holds an LL.M. from the University of Melbourne, Australia and a J.D. magna cum laude from Cumberland School of Law.
