Profile

As a labor and employment lawyer with 26 years of experience, Mr. Frederick’s primary concern is providing client satisfaction by achieving desired results based on personal attention from his relatively small firm. Many law firms cost their clients too much; Mr. Frederick strongly prefers an approach designed to prevent excessive legal fees and expenses, such as having only one attorney attend depositions or hearings that can and should be handled by one attorney.  Mr. Frederick has consistently achieved his clients' desires in every aspect of labor and employment law.  He prefers to emphasize results for his clients.  If the reader wants to review other accolades he has received, they are listed on his firm's web site.
