David Tidmore focuses his practice on wrongful death, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, product liability, and employment law, specifically workplace injury, workers' compensation, and retaliatory discharge.  He is also co-author of a book titled Personal Injury Law: An Overview for Alabama Accident Victims which was published in 2010.  Mr. Tidmore is a member of the Alabama, Shelby County, and Birmingham Bar Associations, the Alabama Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.
