- Mr. Duncan is licensed in Alabama and is admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts in Alabama. He is also a member of the Mobile Bar Association, the South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, and the Alabama Association for Justice. He was recently appointed as a member of the Public Affairs Committee for the American Association of Justice.

- Davis v. O'Charley's Inc., as co-lead counsel obtained a $1,793,000 jury verdict on behalf of a woman who fractured her hip and femur when she slipped and fell at an O'Charley's Restaurant.
Educational Background:
- Mr. Duncan graduated from Texas Tech University in 2002. He then attended Cumberland School of Law of Samford University, receiving his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in 2008. During law school he was a member of the Cumberland Law Review, the National Trial Team, National Moot Court Team, and the Moot Court Board. Mr. Duncan received numerous individual advocacy awards, including, the Overall Best Advocate Award in the Lone Star National Trial Competition, and a Best Advocate Award in the ABA's Regional Appellate Court Competition. He was selected into the Order of Barristers for excellence in courtroom advocacy. Mr. Duncan was also a Legal Research and Writing Fellow, and received a Scholar of Merit Award for superior performance in Medical Liability.
