Profile

For 30 years Jay Juliano has practiced civil litigation defending health care providers, product manufacturers and professional firms. He is a graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law and was Editor of the Alabama Law Review. In 1985 he was inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates, which requires its inductees to have tried at least 50 jury trials as lead counsel. He was President of Alabama's ABOTA Chapter in 2005. Jay is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and was named Birmingham Lawyer of the Year in 1992. He is a frequent speaker on civil litigation and devotes significant time to clients on risk and claim prevention. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
