Mack Binion handles a variety of civil litigation, including business litigation, insurance, employment, construction, and personal injury defense. Mack's memberships include the Mobile, Alabama, and American Bar Associations; the IADC; and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. A graduate of The University of Alabama (J.D., 1972) and former General Counsel of the Alabama Medical Association, Mack has served as a member, officer, or director of numerous professional, civic, and charitable organizations. Mack is a leader in Mobile's economic and industrial development efforts through his representation of the Industrial Development Board of the City of Mobile.
