Nick Roth, an Eyster Key partner, with over 31 years of litigation experience, practices in all areas of civil litigation. He has also served as a mediator for more than ten years. A primary focus of his litigation experience has been medical negligence cases where he has tried to a verdict approximately 100 complex jury trials. Mr. Roth has substantial experience in other complex litigation, including class actions. He has served on the steering committee or in the management structure of a number of multi‑district litigation cases in federal court. Mr. Roth is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
