Profile

Ron Sykstus is a graduate of the University of Arizona and the Northern Illinois University College of Law. Following graduation, Ron served on active duty as a Captain with the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps as a trial counsel. Ron concentrates his law practice on the areas of consumer bankruptcy and consumer law including Fair Debt Collection Practices Act cases, Fair Credit Reporting Act cases, Social Security law, and security clearance defense. He is admitted to practice law in Alabama, Illinois, Washington, D.C., and Tennessee and is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification.
