Ronald L. Davis has over 30 years of experience in civil litigation throughout the State of Alabama in state and federal courts. He has served as lead counsel in numerous complex business cases. He has represented both plaintiffs’ and defendants in the areas of shareholder/ownership disputes, insurance claims/coverage disputes, product liability litigation, and employment matters. He has been recognized by his peers with selection as a State Bar Examiner in the area of civil litigation and as an Adjunct Professor of Law in civil litigation at The University of Alabama School of Law. He presently serves as City Attorney for the City of Northport, Alabama.
