Profile

Sid Trant chairs the Environmental and Toxic Tort Practice Group and is a member of the Litigation Practice Group with Bradley Arant Rose & White LLP. Mr. Trant represents clients in matters involving environmental spills and clean-up of contaminated sites, and in administrative hearings in connection with alleged permit violations. He advises clients on a variety of environmental compliance matters, including the interpretation and application of federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. Mr. Trant is currently involved in a broad range of toxic tort litigation, including benzene exposures, petroleum contamination, and ambient air contamination.
