Mr. Tervooren is a member and serves as Chairman of Hughes Pfiffner Gorski Seedorf & Odsen, LLC, which he joined in 1979.  His practice includes all areas of litigation (emphasis on product liability defense), warranty and lemon law, commercial and real estate (transactions and litigation), environmental, eminent domain & condemnation, construction, municipal and government contracts. Mr. Tervooren represents major automobile manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, national retailers and other self-insured companies and their insurers.He serves as Alaska counsel for national law firms involved in product liability matters and major acquisitions.
