For more than 10 years, he has been certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a civil trial advocate. Shawn is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. In serving as an arbitrator, mediator and judge pro tempore, he has conducted nearly 200 arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences and jury trials, earning a 2007 selection for Alternative Dispute Resolution in The Best Lawyers in America®.

Richard Gerry focuses on serious personal injury claims, successfully trying cases ranging from automobile accidents to complex litigation against major U.S. corporations. Throughout the past 28 years, juries have awarded his clients multimillion-dollar verdicts to compensate for personal injury, wrongful death and other torts. In 2006, a Maricopa County Superior Court jury awarded his clients $9 million in a negligence action against a major airline. More recently, in 2007, Richard successfully negotiated a $3 million settlement in the wrongful death of a Phoenix woman who was struck by a teenage girl who was driving drunk.

Jack Hebert’s ingenuity and expertise in representing debtors in complex commercial bankruptcy and helping wealthy parties shield their assets against legal threats complement his more than 30 years of experience in major bankruptcy cases. He has successfully reorganized several major Arizona corporations, among them a major Scottsdale resort and Arizona’s top processor of southwestern foods, and in 1989 he represented American Continental Corporation in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Jack’s experience and services include asset protection, litigation in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, complete Chapter 11 services, advising troubled businesses, directing out-of-court workouts, and analyzing the tax impact of various insolvency solutions.
