Amy Lieberman is a mediator and arbitrator, focused in the area of employment, commercial and business conflict. She is the Executive Director of Insight Employment Mediation and Insight Mediation Group LLC. She is retained by counsel, individuals and corporate entities to mediate litigated matters, EEOC charges, contract disputes, executive compensation disputes, workplace conflict and partnership disputes. Ms. Lieberman has practiced law for 25+ years, and has served as a full-time neutral since 2001. She is a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators, a CPR Distinguished Neutral, a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, Mediator/Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and FINRA. She is an ACR Advanced Practioner in Workplace Mediation and Arbitration. Ms. Lieberman mediates EEOC disputes for the Phoenix district office, as well as the Los Angeles, San Francisco and Dallas district offices of the EEOC. She has been repeatedly recognized in Best Lawyers of America in ADR, as well as Arizona's Finest Lawyers.
