Mr. Kaven has been a shareholder of Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., since 1978. He is the chairman of the firm's Personal Injury and Tort Defense Section and concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury defense, discrimination and wrongful termination defense, defense of governmental entities, and general litigation. Mr. Kaven is certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a lawyer specializing in injury and wrongful death litigation. Mr. Kaven has personally handled hundreds of litigated cases and tries cases both in state court and federal court. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kaven was in private practice with a small Phoenix law firm and then received further experience working for a public entity.
