Verdicts and Settlements:

  • Taser International Inc. vs. Steve Ward, 231 P.3d 921, 224 Ariz. 389 (2010).  Court of Appeals decision reversing and remanding to trial court with directions.  Specifically, the Court of Appeals (1) reversed the trial court’s grant of summary judgment on Taser’s claims for breach of fiduciary duty and breach of duty of loyalty and (2) ordered the trial court to enter judgment in favor of Ward on Taser’s corporate opportunity theory., 2010
