Jack Hebert has more than 35 years of expereinece representing debtors in complex commercial bankruptcy cases. He has also represented trustees and creditors committees in large commercial cases. He has successfully reorganized several major Michigan and Arizona corporations, including several publicly traded companies and a major Scottsdale resort. He represented the creditors' committee in a major case in Seatttle and sat on the Committee in the Amreica West reorganization. Jack's experience and services include asset protection, litigation in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, complete Chapter 11 services, advising troubled businesses and directing out-of-court workouts, and analysis of the tax impact of various insolvency solutions.
