Mr. Hultgren also specializes in the collection of insurance subrogation, product liability, and commercial landlord/tenant claims. He is an active member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. He is also a Director of the Arizona Creditors Bar Association. He is AV-rated and speaks at various seminars on collection law each year.
