A graduate of Arizona State University College of Law, attorney Joseph McDaniel began his legal career as a judicial clerk for the Bankruptcy Court before opening his own practice in 1980. Recognized as a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization, he is one of fewer than 30 attorneys in the state who hold this designation.
