Larry Folks’ practice emphasizes protecting the Arizona interests of banks and other creditors in commercial and consumer bankruptcy, foreclosure, and creditors' rights litigation and clients in business litigation cases. Mr. Folks currently represents several of America’s largest lenders and leasing companies concerning a broad range of commercial cases and several national mortgage lenders regarding residential mortgage loss mitigation, foreclosure, eviction and bankruptcy cases. Mr. Folks is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law, is AV-rated and a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist by the State Bar of Arizona and in Business Bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification.
