Maria practices both intellectual property law and commercial litigation.  She represents clients throughout the United States. Her practice focuses on assisting businesses in protecting their trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing agreements, information technology, domains, and other intellectual property through preventative measures to avoid disputes and through aggressive measures when disputes arise. She also has expertise in advising clients on Internet issues, social media in the workplace and other rapidly evolving technologies.
