Profile

Matt is an active litigator who typically tries several cases a year in State and Federal Courts throughout Arizona. To date he has tried in excess of 75 jury trials in those courts with his primary emphasis on defending product liability claims and with particular experience in catastrophic injury and death claims. He also has significant experience representing defendants in construction defect, trucking, and general liability litigation. Matt is active in the community as a youth sports coach and member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee. He is frequently asked to lecture on issues related to trial practice or product defect litigation.
