Michael Herzog has been certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation since 1994. He has defended numerous insurance companies and many of the world’s largest corporations in cases venued throughout the State of Arizona. He has extensive trial experience in serious personal injury matters, including death cases, and he holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.  On July 1, 2009, Mr. Herzog established The Herzog Law Firm, P.C. The small size of the firm allows Michael Herzog to be personally involved in the defense of every case. Michael Herzog is lead counsel in the overwhelming majority of all cases handled by the firm, and in every case lead counsel has at least 25 years of experience.

In 2010 Michael Herzog tried and won three cases, and in each case the trial result was at least $1 million more favorable than the last settlement offer from opposing counsel.
