Ms. Perkins was a sole practitioner in Scottsdale for two years and in 1996 she co-founded Owens & Perkins, P.C. with her grandfather, C.D. Owens, Jr. Ms. Perkins is admitted to practice in Arizona and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Ms. Perkins practices in the areas of family law, including divorce, legal separation, paternity, child support, custody and relocation matters; business and corporate formation, including Limited Liablity Companies, lease negotiations, business counseling in a tough economy and dissolution of a business entity. Ms. Perkins also practices in the areas of estate planning for individuals and families, including preparing a person's Last Will & Testament, Power of Attorney for financial and health matters, Trust drafting, Trust funding, Trust Administration, and Trust litigagion; contested and uncontested probate matters and contested and uncontested Guardianship and Conservatorship cases. Ms. Perkins has also served as a liaison for high net worth clients involved in complex and/or multiple litigation matters.
