Profile

Ms. Perkins graduated from the Arizona State University School of Law and was admitted to practice in 1994.  Ms. Perkins was a sole practitioner in Scottsdale for two years and in 1996 she co-founded Owens & Perkins, P.C. with her grandfather, C.D. Owens, Jr.  Ten years later, in 2006, Ms. Perkins co-founded Unlimited Resolutions Mediation, Inc., also located in Scottsdale.  Ms. Perkins is admitted to practice in Arizona and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
