Randy Nussbaum is a founding shareholder of Nussbaum Gillis & Dinner, P.C., an AV- Preeminent rated Scottsdale law firm specializing in complex and unusual bankruptcies, commercial litigation, construction and corporate law, transactional, real estate, tax law, and general business law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, and his law degree from Arizona State University, graduating in the top 25% of his class. 

He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Construction Sections), Scottsdale Bar Association and Maricopa County Bar Association.  Mr. Nussbaum is a former Director of the Scottsdale Bar Association and current Director of the Maricopa County Bar Foundation.  He is admitted to practice before the Arizona Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Nussbaum’s practice concentrates in the areas of bankruptcy—in which he is both a national and state certified specialist—real estate, construction, and contracting law.  He is a frequent lecturer and author for the State and Maricopa County Bar Associations, the Arizona State University Alumni Association and a number of professional and trade groups on bankruptcy, construction and real estate topics. Mr. Nussbaum has spoken at regional presentations sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute on a variety of bankruptcy-related subjects. He also chairs a yearly seminar on bankruptcy Chapter 13’s sponsored by the ASU Law School Alumni Association.
