Robert Bruno is a senior litigation attorney of Sanders & Parks, P.C. Having served the Phoenix-based firm as both a past president and member of the management committee, he is currently a member of the board of directors.

An AV-rated* trial defense attorney, Mr. Bruno represents clients involved in complex civil litigation, primarily in areas of insurance law, insurance bad faith, employment law, professional executives' liability, construction litigation, personal injury, professional liability and product liability.

Among his many successful cases, Mr. Bruno defended a major distributor of electronic parts in a U.C.C.2-207 "battle of the forms" case, resulting in the seminal Arizona appellate decision on commercial indemnity claims (Scweber Elec. v. National Semiconductor Corp., 174 Ariz., 406, 410, 850 P.2d 119, 123 [App.1992]).

Mr. Bruno is one of the few Arizona lawyers to be elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a certified specialist in injury and wrongful death litigation by the State Bar of Arizona. Among his many professional affiliations, he served on the board of directors of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. He is a member of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM), the Defense Research Institute and Maricopa County Bar Association.
