Profile

Rudy Parga is the Managing Shareholder of the firm and Chairman of the firm's Executive Committee. He has also served as the head of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Rudy was also named in the 2007 and 2008 editions of Southwest Super Lawyers. Rudy's commercial litigation practice is diverse and includes representing clients in all types of business-related disputes, including breach of contract, trade secret litigation, securities industry disputes, lender liability, racketeering, and construction claims. Rudy has extensive practice in representing clients in federal and state trial courts, including conducting jury and bench trials as lead attorney. Rudy has also represented clients before administrative and governmental entities in Arizona and New Mexico.
