Shawn Aiken represents clients in complex business and commercial litigation with special emphasis in partnership, shareholder, contract, and fraud cases. He is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. For over ten years, he has been certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate. Shawn is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. As an arbitrator, mediator and judge pro tempore, Mr. Aiken has conducted nearly two hundred arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, and jury trials.
