Stephen Dichter practices in the areas of white collar criminal law and commercial litigation. He was formerly an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Arizona and prosecuted the kinds of cases he defends. He also co-counsels trials of insurance bad faith cases with his partner, Doug Christian, who is listed in Southwest Super Lawyers in the area of Insurance Coverage. Dichter has been President of Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice, is a seven-year member of the State Bar Board of Governors, graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, and served on active duty in the Army JAGC. Dichter is also admitted in Nevada, where he practices at Christian, Kravitz, Dichter & Johnson, L.L.C.
