Gregory M. Hopkins handles a wide variety of business, commercial, and financial matters including litigation, transactions, and general advice and consultation. During his career, Hopkins has been a lead counsel in several multimillion-dollar commercial cases (plaintiff and defense). Hopkins has an active mergers and acquisition practice and has handled more than 100 business sales/acquisitions over the last ten years. Hopkins has been previously selected as Best Business Lawyer in Arkansas by a local newspaper and has received numerous other recognitions. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law and Arkansas State University, where he was selected as the 1978 Outstanding Male Graduate.
