Since 1965, Gagen McCoy has provided exceptional representation on multiple fronts, offering high-quality personalized service.

“Our goal was to develop a practice that meets the needs of most families and businesses,” says William E. Gagen Jr., who joined the firm in 1972. “It’s not enough to provide competent, conscientious representation. Linn K. Coombs, of counsel. She emphasizes estate planning, estate and gift tax law, and the administration of estates in her practice.

William E. Gagen Jr., shareholder and senior trial counsel. He has handled hundreds of cases involving adult, juvenile and white-collar clients, including high-profile criminal cases.

Michael J. Markowitz, shareholder. He handles criminal defense, juvenile law and personal injury suits and is an experienced litigator.

Gregory L. McCoy, shareholder. He joined the firm in 1974 and provides experienced assistance in commercial transactions, formation of business entities and other corporate matters, real estate matters and education law issues.

Patrick J. McMahon, shareholder. He is a civil trial lawyer who has tried many cases to judgment. As a general business practitioner, he offers exceptional depth in negotiating and drafting contracts.

Allan C. Moore, shareholder. He emphasizes land use and real estate law. His work includes obtaining approvals for residential development projects, subdivisions, permitting and environmental review and approval.
