Robert Pave was born in Poland and spent his first five years in Nazi concentration camps. Specializing in insurance defense and civil trials for the past 37 years, he excels in complex medical cases, brain injuries and cases involving bicycles, scooters and motorcycles. Pave has tried over 35 cases for State Farm alone in the Bay Area—and all were victories. He has now been chosen by his peers to appear in Northern California Super Lawyers®.

Debra Bogaards, managing partner, specializes in automobile accidents, psychological injuries, landlord/tenant law, Americans with Disabilities Act and sexual harassment cases. She also handles select plaintiffs’ cases in these areas as well as in elder abuse and catastrophic injury. Practicing for over 28 years, Bogaards tenaciously fights for her clients with courage, conviction and integrity. She has won 29 jury trials and lost only one. Bogaards is a charter fellow of the American Academy of Trial Counsel, is on the board of directors of Legal Aid of Marin, and serves on the Hastings College of Law Board of Trustees. This is the fourth consecutive year that Bogaards has been named to Northern California Super Lawyers; in 2007, she was named among the Top 50 women lawyers in California.
