Amanda Riddle is a partner with Corey, Luzaich, Pliska, de Ghetaldi & Nastari LLP and focuses her practice on civil litigation, including general and complex business litigation, probate litigation, employment litigation, and contract litigation. In 2005, Ms. Riddle was instrumental in obtaining a $122 million settlement from Larry Ellison of Oracle in an insider trading case. Currently, Ms. Riddle is pursuing an action against the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services seeking reimbursement for underpaid physicians. Ms. Riddle is the vice chair of the San Mateo County Bar's Women Lawyers' Section and on the board of directors of the San Mateo County Trial Lawyers Association.
