Mr. Alllard's practice is devoted 100% to the aggressive litigation of claims by those who have been seriously injured or killed due to another's carelessness.  Bob has quickly established a proven track record in this regard, both through settlement and, if necessary, trial.  On this latter point, Bob has recently tried three consecutive trials over the last three years which have resulted in seven figure verdicts.  In each case, the company insuring the responsible party offered in settlement only a fraction of the amount ultimately awarded by the jury.  Further, in each of these matters, the investigating police officers determined that the plaintiff was at fault for each accident.  For his success in the courtroom, Bob was rnamed Santa Clara County Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2007.
