Since 1976, Brad Yamauchi has represented thousands of employees and consumers with excellent results through individual and class action litigation and out of court settlements. His practice focuses on claims of sexual harassment and retaliation, job misclassification, and denial of overtime pay; consumer fraud and price-fixing; and counseling employees on job survival strategies and negotiating executive severance packages. Mr. Yamauchi served on the Executive Boards of the National Employment Lawyers Association (1996-2005) and the California Employment Lawyers Association (2005-2008) and has made numerous presentations at employment and litigation law conferences around the country.
