My background stems primarily from big IP law and big general law firms.  After recognizing that the needs of many clients have changed, I formed a full service, business legal service boutique practice to provide clients with a high quality service that they can afford.  All of my clients are pleasantly surprised that I can provide the same top-shelf service at a higher value than I ever could before, and I now have the flexibility to offer more by operating outside of the confines of a traditional large law firm practice.  Our firm has grown significantly during an economic downturn, increasing in numbers of professionals and clients, and we've provided several clients with the strength needed to prevail in their business.  Each of our clients is willing to provide a reference upon request.
