C. Athena Roussos is a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. A former lecturer at Pacific McGeorge School of Law, Athena has won cases in the California Supreme Court, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and other appellate courts throughout California. Her practice includes state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution. In addition to handling appeals and writs, Athena provides consultations for potential appeals, assistance in trial court proceedings where an appeal is anticipated, and other general litigation support to trial attorneys in nearly every type of civil case.
