Chris Costin is a shareholder of Beyers | Costin in Santa Rosa. His extensive practice covers a broad range of business matters connected primarily with real estate development, including civil litigation, land use, and reorganization. His litigation practice includes construction defect, environmental contamination, real estate finance, purchase disputes, and partnership matters. Mr. Costin was recently appointed by California Chief Justice Roland George to a three-year term on the Civil and Small Claims Advisory Committee of the California Judicial Council. His community activities include board member and Chairman of the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa.
