Daniel J. Herling focuses his trial practice on commercial litigation representing U.S. and non-U.S.-based companies in private civil and regulatory disputes, including national, regional, and local counsel in class and MDL actions. Mr. Herling's memberships include the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, DRI's Drug and Medical Device and Commercial Law Committee, ABA's International Committee, and Chair, International Committee, San Francisco Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. A University of Dayton School of Law graduate and Advisory Council member, he is an international lecturer and author. He is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in California and Pennsylvania and before the Federal Circuit.
