My practice includes civil litigation and criminal defense in the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding counties, in both State and Federal Court.   I started my practice to provide representation to individuals and to protect their rights as citizens, insureds, tenants or consumers.  Whether my client is an insured wrongfully denied coverage owed under their insurance policy, a tenant facing an unlawful eviction, or a citizen facing criminal prosecution by the government, my goal in every case is to provide my client with the highest level of service at the most affordable rate.  I believe in providing effective, and not just aggressive, representation on behalf of my clients.
