Doug Mandell is the managing partner of the Mandell Law Group, PC, a boutique law firm he founded in 2001, specializing in employment law, technology transactions, and general counsel services. Mr. Mandell has been named in the Super Lawyers list since 2006 and is AV‑rated by Martindale‑Hubbell.
Mr. Mandell has extensive experience counseling senior executives, employees, and financial advisers in complex employment negotiations and representing companies and individuals in employment matters. Mr. Mandell also regularly serves as General Counsel to technology companies and startups and served as General Counsel of LinkedIn Corporation in 2007 and 2008. Mr. Mandell was previously an attorney with Orrick and General Counsel of two other tech companies.
After earning his undergraduate degree in political science and studying international relations at the London School of Economics, Mr. Mandell graduated with his law degree and honors from the Tulane Law School.
