Doug Robin is a partner of Robin, Ferguson & Kempton, LLP, formerly Presser & Robin, founder. Mr. Robin received his J.D. fromHastingsLawSchoolafter graduating from U.C. Santa Cruz with a B.A. in Philosophy. He provides litigation, mediation, and negotiation services involving financial and custody related matters for divorce proceedings. When necessary, Doug works with and utilizes the services of professionals in the areas of forensic accounting, mental health, and child custody as appropriate on a case by case basis. He has extensive experience in dissolutions that involve business valuations, executive compensation, stock options, deferred compensation, vocational evaluations, and custody evaluations. Doug also specializes in the drafting of premarital and post marital agreements.

 Mr. Robin is a certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California and has been named a Northern California Super Lawyer for 2010 and 2011. He was Chair of the Family Law Section of the San Mateo County Family Law Bar Association in 2009-2010. He is a member of theSanta ClaraCountyand San Mateo County Bar Associations, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and Association of Family Law Specialists. He serves as a Judge Pro Tem inSanta ClaraCountyand has completed pro bono work inSanta ClaraandSan MateoCounties, receiving awards for his work in the community. He is also an avid skier, musician, and yoga practitioner.
