Gene Seltzer has been practicing estate planning, administration, general civil and family law in Berkeley for over 35 years and has been recognized to the Northern California Super Lawyers list by his peers for the last five years. He has been actively engaged in mediation and collaborative practice in the field of family law, as well as business counsel and estate planning and administration throughout his career. He helped to found the Alameda County Family Law Association and has served as Judge Pro Tem in family courts throughout the East Bay. Gene was also a founding member of the Board of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and helped to start the Alliance of Collaborative Professionals of the East Bay.
