He has extensive experience litigating nationwide employment, antitrust consumer, and civil rights class actions in federal and state courts throughout the United States. He has prosecuted precedent-setting class actions against major Fortune 500 corporations, attaining some of the most significant monetary settlements in the history of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
