At Cahners & Samuels we are dedicated solely to criminal defense. John D. Cahners is a former prosecutor who has been Certified as a Specialist in Criminal Law for 30 years.  We  have experience, including significant jury trial experience,  in representing those charged with every type of offense from DUI and Domestic Violence to Death Penalty Homicide.  As part of our practice, we have also represented those charged in white collar crime cases.  Some of these cases inolved complex business issues where millions of dollars of fraud were alleged. Although the Bay Area, with particular reference to Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties, is our primary geographic practice area, our available law practice transportation includes private aircraft, which allows us to practice throughout the State of California.
