John Hullverson is a trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and employment matters. For over fifteen years, John has achieved outstanding results for hundreds of clients, whether by jury verdict at trial, arbitration, mediation or negotiated settlement.  A third-generation trial lawyer, John has tried and won cases in state and federal courts in jurisdictions across the country. John regularly presents continuing legal education seminars on trial advocacy for members of the California Bar and trial lawyer organizations in the San Francisco Bay area. He has taught trial advocacy to law students at University of California—Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law and coached the school’s traveling mock trial team in the annual National Trial Competition. John is a member of the Board of Directors of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), The San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA) and was the 2009 & 2010 President of the Consumer Attorneys of Marin—organizations dedicated to the advancement and protection of consumer safety, civil rights, and the rule of law.
