Profile

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Fowler taught high school science and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer, in Kenya, East Africa.  Mr. Fowler graduated with distinction from the McGeorge School of Law where he served as a Legislation Editor and Staff Writer for the McGeorge Law Review.  Mr. Fowler's practice emphasizes representation of both employers and employees in employment and labor disputes in state and federal court, with special emphasis in prosecution and defense of claims arising under California's Fair Employment and Housing Act and wage and hour laws.  Mr. Fowler also practices in the areas of general business litigation, civil litigation, construction litigation, and creditors rights.
