For 30 years I have focused my transactional real estate practice on two primary market segments: (1) Commercial, in which I have represented users, developers, tenants, and landlords in purchases, sales, financings, and leases of office, R&D, industrial, retail, restaurant, and warehouse space; and (2) Homebuilder, in which I have represented national and California-based homebuilders, primarily in connection with their land acquisition, financing, and construction activities. Having been a partner at a mega law firm, general counsel of a Bay Area homebuilder, COO of a Menlo Park venture capital firm, and now a sole practitioner and a real estate broker, I have a deep appreciation for how clients want legal services delivered: quickly, cost-effectively and with a focus on results.
