I am trial lawyer Kelly Balamuth, and I have been standing up for wronged and injured clients since 1994. I handle all kinds of personal injury cases, including those caused by auto collisions, industrial accidents and defective products. I also represent individuals in malpractice suits and civil litigation.

I am not intimidated in the least by large insurance companies or powerful corporations. If they refuse to take responsibility for harmful actions, I will use all my resources, skill and experience to fight them in court. I earned my J.D. from the Davis School of Law at the University of California. I am the past president of the Alameda Contra Costa County Trial Lawyers Association and a current member of the Consumer Attorneys of California.
