I am a certified specialist by the Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of California in estate planning, trust and probate law.
My practice specializes in working with individuals, couples and families to custom-plan their estate to accomplish their goals including the use and implementation of trusts, wills, powers of attorney and other estate planning instruments and techniques. Additionally, my practice also includes trust and estate administration, probate, probate and trust litigation, incapacity planning, gift and estate taxation, and non-probate transfers of assets.
I have been an Associate Professor of Law, John F. Kennedy University School of Law, teaching "Wills and Trusts" and I am an instructor for the Pleasanton (Alameda County) School District, Adult Education Department in Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts.
My clients and students say I am a good communicator and I explain difficult estate planning concepts in plain, understandable english. I am patient and help my clients make estate planning decisions that further their goals to bring peace-of-mind to themselves and their loved ones.
